Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The return period for most products is 30 days from the date of delivery. Please check the product page or your order confirmation for the specific return window. 

Some products, such as perishable goods, intimate items, and personalized/customized items, are not eligible for returns. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer support for more information.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the designated return period. You can reach us via email at and our representatives will guide you through the return process.

When contacting customer support, please provide the following details: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. This information will help us assist you more efficiently.

Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization, including any necessary instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

Please securely package the item(s) and affix the return shipping label provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product(s).


Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item). In case of a return due to our error, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.


Inspection and Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.

If the returned item(s) pass the inspection, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process mentioned in section 2 and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the product.

For damaged items, we may request photographic evidence to facilitate the return and refund process.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable: Perishable goods, personal care products and Customized or personalized items.


Final Sale Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
